Mark Yenchik
President | Managing Partner
Mark Yenchik is a seasoned business leader, strategist, and technical project manager with
over 35 years of experience in international and domestic business development. As
President and Managing Partner of Yenchik and Associates/ Northstar Technologies
Group, he provides expert consultancy in marketing strategy, proposal management,
price-to-win modeling, U.S. government import/export compliance, and intellectual
property rights sales.
Prior to his current role, Mark spent over three decades at L3 Communications, where he led
high-stakes projects across the United States, Europe, and Asia. His expertise spans
business acquisition, contract negotiation, financial management (including EVMS), and
international regulatory compliance. With a vast professional network across more than 10
countries, Mark has successfully driven strategic initiatives in sectors requiring complex, global
coordination.
Mark holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s degree in
Organizational Development from the University of Utah, with a strong technical foundation
in electrical engineering, mathematics, and physics. His combination of business acumen,
technical expertise, and global experience makes him a key player in driving innovation and
operational excellence in international markets
John Kuiken
Product Business Development Manager
John Kuiken is a highly skilled engineer and security systems expert with a US Army background and experience in a variety of manufacturing environments. Transitioning from military service to the private sector, John has built a distinguished career in the design and development of security and Smart City IoT systems and devices, specializing in fully energy-independent solutions for critical infrastructure.
With hands-on experience in launching and scaling multiple startup businesses, John brings a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a deep understanding of innovation-driven engineering. His expertise includes designing advanced awareness & energy systems and strategies for healthcare facilities, data centers, industrial and higher ed campuses, and rural and remote environments.
Beyond commercial applications, John has developed technology integrations for military use, emergency response operations such as firefighting, and NGOs operating in challenging environments. His ability to merge cutting-edge engineering with real-world security and energy needs makes him a leader in the field of energy-independent security solutions.
